A leading property inspection services firm is searching for capable 1099 independent contractors to provide accurate property inspections. Inspectors will assist clients in the Property Insurance and Real Estate sectors, requiring strong attention to detail and professionalism. The role offers flexible scheduling with the potential for high earnings, state-of-the-art tools and strong support for inspectors. Ideal candidates will have roofing or property insurance experience and must be flexible to travel for inspections, particularly during extreme weather events.

Qualifications

• Ability to access and inspect steep/high roofs.
• Operational laptop and smartphone required.
• Ability to submit complete reports on time.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and complete inspections.
• Travel to perform inspections, especially during catastrophes.
• Document inspections using proprietary software.
