Job summary

A leading roofing company in North Carolina is seeking a Field Inspector to work in residential neighborhoods identifying homes for inspections. The role requires confident communication with homeowners and entails scheduling inspections for the in-home team. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors and have a professional and positive attitude. The position offers an average first-year income of $40,000 to $70,000+, with additional performance bonuses and benefits such as health coverage and 401K.

Qualifications

• Able to work 40 hours between 9 am - 7 pm, Mon - Sat.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Walk assigned residential neighborhoods.
• Speak directly with homeowners.
• Perform basic ground-level visual inspections.
• Schedule inspection appointments.
