Job summary

Abbott Point of Care is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist to join a dynamic field service team. You will coordinate performance verifications, training, go-live support, and be the primary liaison with hospitals in the California, Nevada, Arizona, and Colorado territory.

This field-based role requires 75% travel, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects across geographies while delivering exceptional customer service and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or Associate with relevant experience) in a related field.
• 3–4 years field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute Performance Verifications and Go Live Support.
• Administrative tasks: update notes, expense reporting, milestones.
• Understand customer needs and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and conduct demonstrations.
