You will coordinate verifications, training, and go-live activities while collaborating with IPMs and customer staff. The role requires a Bachelor's or Associate degree with relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or related field required or preferred.
• Associate degree with relevant experience and 3–4 years in the field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute Performance Verifications, End User Training, and Go Live Support.
• Update project notes in Summit and complete expense reporting and related tasks.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and articulate benefits of point-of-care testing.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of product attributes and conduct product demonstrations.
