• Bachelor's degree in a medical/clinical field or related experience is required.
• 3–4 years of field experience in a related setting is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM is expected.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute performance verifications, user training, and go‑live support within each implementation case.
• Complete administrative tasks including project notes, milestone dates, and expense reporting.
• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in accounts; articulate benefits of point‑of‑care testing.
• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and conduct product demonstrations.

Abbott Point of Care has an exciting opportunity for an **Implementation Support Specialist (ISS)**.The role is field-based, remote within the territory of California, Nevada, Arizona, and Colorado with 75% local travel.The ISS will be a part of a dynamic field support service team responsible for driving the successful implementation and verification of our products within Hospitals within assigned geographical regions.
