Job summary

Chester’s International, LLC in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Field Implementation Manager to lead new store onboarding, training scheduling, and tradeshow logistics. You will coordinate with Territory Performance Managers and operators to open new locations smoothly.

You will also manage the onboarding tracker, develop training materials, and ensure compliance with franchise systems, while traveling as needed for openings and events.

Qualifications

• 2 years in project management, operations, events/tradeshow logistics, or related field.
• Experience with generative AI tools and applying them to daily work.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and CRM data management.
• Highly organized with strong PM skills to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to build and maintain trackers, checklists, and schedules.
• Excellent communication and coordination with operators, vendors, show organizers, and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel periodically for openings and tradeshows.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding timeline for new stores.
• Coordinate onboarding calls with operators and resolve blockers.
• Maintain onboarding tracker and readiness reporting; flag risks with solutions.
• Ensure new stores have access to Franchise Resource Center and required documentation.
• Serve as primary escalation point for onboarding issues.
• Manage the master training schedule and trainer availability.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and changes to opening timelines.
• Support materials and videos updates based on field feedback.
• Own the tradeshow process; deadlines, vendors, and show requirements.
• Run tradeshow calls to align scheduling and travel.
• Create packing lists for shows; manage booth materials.
• Coordinate venue logistics including food orders and electrical needs.
• Book shipping for booth materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with organizers on hotel blocks and staff travel.
