Job summary

Software Placement Group is seeking a Territory Manager to run a fully stocked mobile store within a defined geographic territory and to build relationships with customers across multiple industrial sectors.

You will drive sales through direct, in-person engagement, perform product demonstrations, and ensure the mobile store operates smoothly, including reporting daily activities and maintaining customer records in company software. This is a full-time, field-based role in Birmingham, AL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must reside within the assigned territory; relocation not available.
• Ability to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle.
• Clean driving history.
• Strong, stable work history with minimal job hopping.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email and common business applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a history of goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new sales leads within the territory.
• Make face-to-face cold and warm sales calls to grow the customer base.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demonstrations, and the mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of the mobile store.
• Submit complete and accurate daily business reports covering sales orders and prospecting calls.
• Maintain up-to-date customer contact information in company software.
