This entry‑level role emphasizes building foundational technical skills under guidance, collaborating with the Field Operations team, and progressing toward independent execution while delivering high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Progression toward Tier 1 technical knowledge and skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Extensive travel required (75%).
• Experience in healthcare supply chain or hospital operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install PAR Excellence hardware and software, ensuring proper operation.
• Provide technology implementation and support for customer accounts.
• Deliver product training for hardware and software.
• Collaborate with Technical Support to resolve on-site issues.
• Assist with system configuration data to support installation and functionality.
• Support training activities for new Implementation Specialists under guidance.
