Job summary

PAR Excellence is seeking an Implementation Specialist I in Orlando, FL to support on-site installations and customer training. This entry-level role builds foundational technical skills, drives accurate hardware/software deployment, and works closely with senior staff to ensure client satisfaction.

The position requires heavy travel (75%), non-exempt full-time hours, and collaboration with Field Operations.

Qualifications

Progression toward Tier 1 technical knowledge and skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Extensive travel required (75%).

Responsibilities

Install PAR Excellence hardware and software ensuring proper operation of technology solutions.
Provide technology implementation and support of customer accounts.
Provide product training for both hardware and software.
Work with Technical Support to assist with resolving issues while on-site.
Assist with system configuration data, including par levels and units of measure, to support accurate installation and system functionality.
Support and assist with training activities for new Implementation Specialists under the guidance of senior implementation staff.
