Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite and remote technical support to minimize disruption.
- Install, configure, integrate, and test patient monitoring solutions.
- Troubleshoot system, network and application issues with approved tools.
- Maintain documentation of configurations and procedures for knowledge sharing.
