MSX International is seeking an Implementation/Field Specialist to partner with automotive clients, deliver solutions, and drive measurable performance improvements. You will rollout systems, processes, and change initiatives in a hybrid, client-facing role with travel required.

• Experience in automotive implementation, consulting, operations, or client-facing roles.
• 2+ years of automotive training or coaching experience is beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder management and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide high-quality results in dynamic environments.
• Competence in working with diverse business systems, technology, processes, and data.
• Willingness to travel and work in a mobile, client-facing environment.
• Problem-solving approach focused on practical outcomes.
