Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead in-field deployment of Vision technology solutions, ensuring on-time go-lives and effective customer enablement.

You will coordinate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, and other teams to reflect product intent and customer requirements while escalating risks. Travel 50% may be required, along with occasional lifting of equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience in engineering, development, or technical sales.
• Demonstrated project/implementation management experience in customer-facing environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills; comfortable leading training for groups with varied backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-field deployment of Vision software and hardware within contracted scope, timeline, and customer readiness.
• Coordinate site readiness, installation activities, and customer scheduling to minimize disruption.
• Deliver role-based training and enablement to ensure go-live success and initial stabilization.
