Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. seeks a Field Implementation Manager to lead the in-field delivery of Vision technology deployments. You will own implementation plans, ensure readiness, and enable end-users, coordinating with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Support for successful go-lives.

You will drive on-time deployments, manage risks, and deliver training and handoffs to ongoing support, while aligning with project scope and customer requirements. Travel up to 50% will be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in engineering, development, or technical fields.
• Demonstrated project/implementation management experience in customer-facing environments.
• Willingness to travel by airplane approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Execute implementation plans for Vision software and hardware aligned to scope and timeline.
• Coordinate site readiness, installation activities, and scheduling to minimize disruption.
• Identify deployment risks and route to owners to prevent customer impact.
• Deliver role-based training and enablement for customer users at go-live.
• Drive early adoption and complete post-go-live check-ins.
• Document customer feedback and coordinate improvements with cross-functional teams.
