Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead in-field deployment of Vision software and hardware. You will own go-live readiness, training, and end-user enablement within the defined scope.

Responsibilities include planning deployments, coordinating site readiness, and preventing disruptions in customer operations. Collaboration with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product is key, with approximately 50% travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong project/implementation management experience in customer-facing environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Technical aptitude with RFID, GPS, barcode, mobile/web applications, and databases.
• Ability to work independently while meeting shared delivery commitments and escalating issues.
• May require lifting/moving product and hardware during installation activities.
• Willingness to travel by airplane approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Execute implementation plans for Vision software and hardware aligning with contracted scope, timeline, and readiness.
• Coordinate site readiness, installation activities, and scheduling to minimize disruption to operations.
• Identify deployment risks and escalate to owners to prevent customer impact.
• Deliver role-based training and enablement for end users at go-live and stabilization.
• Drive adoption by reinforcing standard workflows and completing post-go-live check-ins.
• Transition customers to ongoing support with clear hand-offs and context.
• Capture feedback and coordinate with cross-functional teams for improvements.
