You will coordinate site readiness, installation activities, and training for end users, driving adoption and smooth stabilization.

Collaborating with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, and Product, you will manage risks, document processes, and deliver reusable implementation tools while traveling up

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, development, or technical field preferred.
• Experience in project/implementation management in customer-facing environments.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and train diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-field implementations to deliver go-lives aligned to scope and schedule.
• Coordinate site readiness, installation activities, and customer scheduling.
• Provide role-based training and enablement for customer users.
• Capture feedback and coordinate with cross-functional teams to reflect product intent.
• Create and maintain implementation tools and documentation.
