Responsibilities include early-stage client satisfaction, design reviews, and collaboration with contractors and MEP engineers. Field involvement requires travel to sites and assisting the Project Manager on sizable HVAC executions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field experience on large HVAC commercial projects, ranging from 50k to $30M.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar, Construction Management knowledge preferred.
• Strong software knowledge: Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication, Trane Trace 700, Revit.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client satisfaction in early phase of upcoming projects.
• Review contract and project design for accurate calculations.
• Collaborate with general contractors, owners, subs, and MEP-design engineers.
• Identify value engineering opportunities to present to clients.
• Commute to different jobsites and assist the Project Manager with large HVAC projects.
