Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• A valid driver's license, with no major or frequent traffic violations
• Be willing to join the UA of Plumbers and Pipefitters.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and resolves problems on HVAC systems.
• Responds to basic warranty calls and documents issues.
• Keeps stakeholders informed of progress and issues as needed.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to improve facility efficiency and upsell.
• Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
