Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a skilled Mobile Industrial HVAC Technician to service HVAC and related mechanical systems across multiple client locations. The role requires traveling between sites to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in industrial environments.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, EPA 608 certification, and strong diagnostic skills. A valid driver's license and ability to travel locally are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical HVAC training preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting experience in industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or distribution environments.
• Proficiency with HVAC diagnostic and testing equipment; ability to read blueprints and control schematics.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple client locations to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of HVAC and mechanical systems in industrial environments.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, air handlers, exhaust systems, split systems, package units, and related controls.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control-related issues affecting HVAC system performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics; complete service reports and documentation accurately.
