Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to lift/carry heavy loads and perform physical tasks as required.
• Strong problem-solving and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment per codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine corrective actions.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance; document maintenance records.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily duties.
• Coach colleagues and share HVAC knowledge; lead by example.
