Job summary

IMCBA is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance and repair of HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems across building facilities. The role requires hands-on work with Air Handling Equipment, Chillers, Boilers, and Building Automation Controls, including dampers and sensors.

Flexibility for varied shifts and weather conditions is essential. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, assisting other departments, and ensuring compliance with safety

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required.
• ACM Certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and in varying weather conditions.
• Experience with pneumatic and electronic controls and building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain and repair air handling equipment, boilers, chillers, pumps, and controls.
• Monitor and service building automation systems and dampers, sensors, and actuators.
• Comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Maintain clean work areas after tasks are completed.
