Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC/R systems, their components, and refrigerants.
• Skill in using hand and power tools for maintenance and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Plans and lays out work from blueprints, sketches, drawings, specifications, guides, codes, and work orders.
• Troubleshoots HVAC/R systems and performs complex repairs.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains large commercial and industrial ventilation, refrigeration, air conditioning, and cooling systems.
• Maintains boilers and heating systems, including power boilers and associated auxiliary equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance and related electrical work incidental to HVAC/R systems.
