Primoris Energy Services is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to lead safety efforts on an active Hubbard, TX project. You will conduct site audits, lead toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with OSHA and site standards while partnering with field teams and leadership.

The ideal candidate brings field safety experience, strong communication skills, and a practical, solutions-focused approach to keeping people safe and projects on track. This role requires travel to field locations as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
• CSP certification preferred; proven field safety leadership experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present to diverse audiences.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day safety efforts in the field and conduct site audits.
• Develop and enforce project safety programs and procedures.
• Coordinate toolbox talks and safety trainings with crews and leadership.
• Review risk assessments and incident investigations; implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project leadership to monitor safety metrics and drive improvements.
• Attend preconstruction meetings with subcontractors to review safety plans.
