Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking an experienced Safety Supervisor to support an active project in Hubbard, TX. You will lead day-to-day safety efforts, conduct site audits, and facilitate toolbox talks to keep crews aligned with safety standards.

Ideal candidates have extensive field safety experience, strong communication skills, and a practical, solutions-focused approach to keeping people safe and projects on track. Travel to site locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OSH, Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive field safety experience on large-scale projects.
• 4+ years in a management or lead role on multi-million-dollar projects.
• Experience identifying safety exposures and directing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field safety efforts and conduct site audits.
• Prepare hazard assessments and facilitate toolbox talks.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and site-specific standards.
• Develop and enforce project safety programs and policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to create safety reports and metrics.
• Lead preconstruction safety reviews with subcontractors.
