Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an experienced HSE Specialist II to support health, safety, and environmental programs on active construction sites. The role collaborates with project teams, clients, regulators, and medical facilities to promote safe work practices and compliance.

You will assist in planning, audits, and safety initiatives, delivering trainings, and guiding junior staff while maintaining thorough HSE documentation and ensuring alignment with company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years construction safety experience.
• STS-C or CHST certification preferred.
• Ability to spend 80% on active construction sites.
• Up to 20% travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, client reps, regulatory agencies and medical facilities.
• Promote the company’s safety program and incident prevention initiatives.
• Implement project-based safety programs aligned with goals.
• Contribute to pre-task planning and site safety meetings.
• Coach and train junior team members.
• Prepare and deliver safety meetings and training.
• Contribute to job hazard analyses to identify risks and controls.
• Support incident investigations and communications.
• Maintain HSE documentation to meet standards.
• Model HSE goals and assist in audits and inspections.
