Rosendin is hiring an HSE Specialist I to support health, safety, and environmental programs on active construction sites. This entry-level role collaborates with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and client representatives to promote safety, conduct training, and ensure compliance.

The position requires spending 80% of time on active construction sites, OSHA 30, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience; OSHA 30 and CPR required.
• 80% time on active construction sites on average.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, regulatory agencies, and medical facilities to maintain relationships.
• Promote the company's safety program and incident prevention initiatives.
• Assist in implementing project-based safety programs aligned with goals.
• Contribute to pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.
• Deliver safety meetings and training to enhance hazard awareness.
• Develop and review job hazard analyses to identify risks and controls.
• Support incident investigations and communications.
• Maintain knowledge of HSE standards and objectives across projects.
