Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an entry-level HSE Specialist I to support health, safety, and environmental programs on active construction sites. The role collaborates with internal teams, regulators, and customers to promote a safe work environment and compliance with standards.

The position requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and travel up to 25% as needed. It offers growth within a leading employee-owned contractor.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and client representatives to maintain relationships.
• Support and promote the safety program to reduce risk behaviors.
• Assist in implementing safety programs aligned with goals.
• Contribute to pre-task planning and safety meetings.
• Deliver safety meetings and training to enhance hazard awareness.
• Develop and review job hazard analyses to identify risks and controls.
• Support investigations of incidents and near-misses.
• Maintain knowledge of HSE standards and objectives.
• Promote HSE goals across projects for safety and productivity.
• Assist in developing routine HSE project plans and specs.
• Provide input for audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Maintain reports to meet corporate and regulatory standards.
