Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an entry-level HSE Specialist I to support health, safety, and environmental programs on field projects in Southern California. This role collaborates with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customer representatives to promote a safe work environment.

You will assist in site inspections, hazard identification, incident investigations, and training, while helping develop job hazard analyses and safety plans aligned with company and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, regulatory agencies, and medical facilities to maintain relationships.
• Support and promote the company’s safety program and incident prevention initiatives.
• Assist in implementing project-based safety programs aligned with goals.
• Contribute to pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.
• Help prepare and deliver safety meetings and training to enhance hazard awareness.
• Contribute to the development and review of job hazard analyses to identify risks and controls.
• Support investigations and communications for incidents, near-misses, and claims.
• Maintain knowledge of HSE standards and objectives across projects.
