Job summary

Pearce Services is a technology-enabled provider of asset management solutions for mission-critical infrastructure across North America. As an HSE Specialist, you will advance health, safety, and environmental objectives across Solar, ESS, UPS, Battery, Wind, and EV operations.

You will travel extensively to support field operations, conduct audits, investigate incidents, and coach teams on electrical and driver safety.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical safety hazards in field operations.
• Experience managing driver and vehicle safety programs; incident prevention.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, Cal/OSHA regulations.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel across the United States up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HSE and Operations leadership to set safety objectives and track metrics.
• Promote a safety culture focused on zero harm and safe driving practices.
• Coach leaders and field technicians on HSE expectations and electrical safety.
• Conduct field safety audits and observations for compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead investigations involving injuries, electrical and vehicle incidents, near misses.
• Analyze incidents to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Track injuries, incidents, and corrective actions and report metrics.
