Job summary

Renewyx LLC is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead safety across active renewable energy construction projects in the United States. You will develop and implement HSE plans, perform risk assessments, and represent HSE in client meetings while ensuring OSHA and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

5+ years in HSE management within construction or heavy industrial environments.
Hands-on safety leadership with cranes, lifting, confined spaces and work at heights.
Experience with structured root-cause analysis is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Health and Safety or equivalent experience.
Certifications (BCSP/NASP, OSHA 501/500, CSP/ASP/CRSP/SMS) are a strong plus.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HSE plans across active projects.

Represent HSE in client meetings and audits.
Ensure OSHA and contract compliance and manage PPE protocols.
Oversee internal/external HSE audits and safety program governance.
