Job summary

Enfinity Global is seeking an experienced HSE Manager in the United States to lead health, safety, and environmental programs across construction, EPC, and O&M activities. You will ensure regulatory compliance, align contractors, and foster a strong safety culture across projects and teams.

The role requires collaboration with EPC contractors, O&M providers, and internal stakeholders to consistently apply standards, monitor performance, and drive continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related discipline preferred.
• Proven experience in HSE management, preferably in construction, EPC, energy, or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and international best practices.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to operate strategically and hands-on.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE Plans aligned with corporate standards and regulations.
• Define and integrate HSE requirements into EPC, O&M, and other project agreements.
• Support design, deployment, and continuous improvement of third-party HSE Management Systems.
• Review and formally approve EPC and contractor HSE Plans prior to mobilization.
• Conduct annual audits of contractor safety plans and track corrective actions.
• Perform monthly HSE site inspections during construction and identify risks.
