Native Energy Solutions is seeking an HSE Coordinator to support operations across the Montana, North Dakota and Wyoming regions. This field-focused role emphasizes hazard identification, safety performance improvement, audits, and compliance with client expectations.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour certification required.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and general safety practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel between assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HSE support for operations in the Bakken and Casper areas.
• Maintain a strong field presence and work directly with employees and supervisors.
• Conduct job-site inspections, safety audits, observations, and compliance reviews.
• Identify hazards and work with operations to correct issues.
• Support incident and near-miss investigations.
• Assist with employee onboarding, orientations, and safety training.
• Review and support JSAs/JHAs and other safety documentation.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA, company, and client requirements.
• Travel between the Bakken and Casper operations as needed.
