Job summary

Downhole Chemical Solutions seeks an HSE-Logistics Coordinator to support DOT compliance, field safety programs, and incident documentation across a distributed workforce of CDL drivers and field personnel.

The role requires 2–4 years in HSE/logistics within oilfield services, travel 60–70% across TX, LA, PA, and a strong eye for detail while coordinating safety audits and training delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in HSE, DOT compliance, logistics or related field in oilfield services.
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations including Driver Qualification Files, Hours of Service, and testing.
• Experience around active frac pads or wellsite operations.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping across locations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; exposure to fleet telematics a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 60–70% across TX, LA, PA.

Responsibilities

• Assist field safety audits and incident documentation.
• Support DOT driver compliance and training delivery.
• Coordinate logistics across dispersed workforce across sites.
• Serve as liaison between field operations and HSE leadership.
• Maintain records across regulatory jurisdictions.
