Job summary

Downhole Chemical Solutions (DCS) is seeking an HSE-Logistics Coordinator to support the Director of HSE in executing safety, environmental, and DOT compliance programs. This field-facing role requires organization, attention to detail, and boots-on-ground safety presence across CDL drivers, DriFlow operators, engineers, and field support personnel.

Location is flexible with Midland, TX and Pleasanton, TX as options; travel is expected at 50%.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HSE, DOT compliance, fleet safety, logistics, or related field
• Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations including Driver Qualification Files, Hours of Service, ELD requirements, and DOT drug & alcohol testing
• Experience around active frac pad or wellsite operations
• Strong organizational and documentation skills; ability to maintain records across locations and jurisdictions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; fleet telematics or ELD platforms a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with field safety audits and DOT driver compliance
• Document incidents and deliver trainings
• Coordinate logistics and serve as link between field operations and HSE leadership
• Support travel and scheduling for field personnel across multiple sites
