Job summary

Oil States International is seeking an HSE Coordinator to ensure field and shop locations comply with safety, health, environmental, and quality management systems. The role supports the QHS&E/DOT framework, conducts audits, and drives corrective actions across assigned areas.

The position requires knowledge of industry HS&E standards, training delivery, and strong communication within cross-functional teams. Travel across district locations up to 70% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree or equivalent HS&E experience.
• HS&E Certification preferred.
• Five or more years HS&E experience in oil and gas industry.
• Three or more years oilfield experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities comply with safety, health, environmental, quality management systems and company policies.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of QHS&E/DOT requirements and regulatory standards.
• Lead or participate in HS&E/DOT audits and inspections; monitor corrective actions.
• Provide HS&E training and ensure timely documentation.
