Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an HR Business Partner who will spend most of their time in the market, partnering with Operations leaders to connect people strategy to business outcomes and drive performance.

In this field-based role, you will lead talent management, employee relations, and HR operations, with 25–40% overnight travel across the market in Arizona. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of HR experience are required, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of HR Business Partner or generalist experience in a multi-site, field-based environment.
• Strong relationships with operational leaders and ability to influence outcomes.
• Solid employee relations experience including investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Business acumen and ability to tie people decisions to performance.
• Comfort using data to identify trends and inform action.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; valid driver’s license and travel 25–40%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations VP to advise leadership and align people strategy with business outcomes.
• Drive retention efforts and leadership bench strength across GM/DO.
• Lead structured development conversations and support leadership growth.
• Manage employee relations matters with sound judgment and root-cause focus.
• Execute core HR processes including performance management, policy communication, and compliance.
• Maintain market presence to build credibility with frontline teams and leaders.
