Job summary

Walgreens in Wisconsin is seeking an HR professional responsible for delivering HR products, services, and solutions to field business partners and team members to ensure HR service delivery excellence. You will partner with the business to implement local HR strategies and solutions.

The role includes coaching operations leaders, supporting HR programs, and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. Will travel up to 75% within the region to support stores and pharmacies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR a High School Diploma / GED and at least three years of experience in Human Resources (any concentration).
• Experience evaluating information to determine compliance with standards, laws, and regulations.
• Experience delivering presentations and facilitating workshops to various audience levels within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Provides coaching and support to operations field leader positions as they create and act on their development plans.
• Supports their manager to deliver HR programs, services, and solutions.
• Identifies, prioritizes or responds to requests and issues using HR tools within timelines.
• Supports onboarding, M&A support, safety compliance and HR program deployment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma / GED with 3+ years HR experience
