A leading truck dealership group is looking for a Field Human Resources Representative in West Valley City, Utah. The successful candidate will provide HR support, manage recruitment processes, and oversee the employee lifecycle activities including onboarding. Candidates should possess a high school diploma and three years of HR experience. Competitive benefits include health insurance and 401k plans.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma and/or GED is required.
• Combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Three years general Human Resources generalist experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to dealership management on employee relations and human resources matters.
• Recruit and interview qualified candidates for open positions.
• Plan and execute programs supporting the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate all pre-employment activities.
• Conduct new hire orientations and enter all paperwork into UltiPro.
• Assist with Payroll functions at the dealership level.
• Monitor 90 day and annual reviews.
