Qualifications

• Professional certification in SHRM or HRCI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead local associate experience and retention efforts through onboarding and engagement programs.
• Support workforce planning and talent acquisition activities with the recruiting team.
• Oversee leadership development and performance management processes.
