Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking a Field HR Generalist (Finance) to support business leaders at large sites by managing HR functions including onboarding, employee and labor relations, investigations, training, recruiting, and HR administration.

Travel may be required up to 25%. You will coach managers and partner with local HR teams to meet headcount goals, conduct HR audits, and drive employee engagement while maintaining records and training compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of human resources experience required; applicable professional experience may substitute for education requirements.
• Associate's Degree or High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with daily use in a professional setting.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and utilize HRIS systems for employee data management and reporting.
• Verbal and written fluency in Spanish may be required in certain markets.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, employee and labor relations, investigations, training, recruiting, and HR administration.
• Serve as liaison between site employees and corporate HR to address HR issues and projects.
• Conduct HR audits and participate in employee engagement activities to strengthen workplace culture.
• Be primary contact for HR policy inquiries and assist with confidential investigations and exit processes.
• Maintain employee records, process HR transactions, and ensure training compliance.
