Job summary

Trueline is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support field operations in the Frederick, Maryland area. This highly visible HR role partners with project leadership and employees to investigate concerns, coach managers, resolve conflicts, and strengthen consistency across the workforce.

The role requires hands-on field presence, the ability to conduct investigations end-to-end, and a commitment to objective, fair guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Employee Relations or HR
• Experience conducting investigations from intake to resolution
• Experience coaching managers through performance and discipline
• Strong conflict resolution and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written documentation and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct workplace investigations from initial complaint through resolution
• Coach supervisors and managers through performance management and corrective action
• Partner with project leadership to address employee concerns and policy questions
• Maintain accurate investigation records and documentation
• Build relationships with field teams and maintain field presence
