Job summary

Varco Home Health & Hospice in Houston, TX seeks a Hospice Liaison to grow our referral network and educate partners about compassionate end-of-life care. You will build relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and senior communities to expand Varco's Houston footprint.

This field-based role collaborates with clinical and admissions teams to ensure smooth referrals, participate in community events, and represent Varco with professionalism and empathy. Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Established healthcare referral relationships in the Houston market.
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
