Komatsu is seeking a Field Assembler to join the National Field Service team. The role requires traveling across the United States to assemble heavy mining equipment, often on-site at customer locations, with significant overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities include field mechanical maintenance, welding, and on-site troubleshooting, while adhering to safety and quality standards. Candidates should have welding experience, AWS D1.1 certification, and be prepared for long road assignments

Qualifications

• Certification in AWS D1.1 with successful completion of the FCAW welding test.
• Current MSHA training certification to ensure compliance with safety regulations in the mining industry preferred.
• Completion of rigging training, enabling you to perform lifting and rigging activities competently and safely.
