Job summary

MacAllister Machinery is seeking a Field Swing – Heavy Equipment to visit customer sites and perform on-site repairs, updates, and routine servicing in the field.

The role involves direct interaction with customers, scheduling around their demands, and performing GPS unit updates, minor calibrations, and bolt-on part replacements. A Chauffeur’s license and a DOT Medical Card are required before the first day.

Qualifications

• Strong experience performing service and maintenance on heavy equipment.
• Punctual and reliable with a proven attendance record.
• Excellent communication skills to gather information from customers.
• Must possess a Chauffeur's license and DOT Medical Card before first day.

Responsibilities

• Perform service updates and minor repairs on heavy equipment in the field.
• Install or update GPS units on machines.
• Assist on larger jobs as needed.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance tasks and tighten fasteners.
• Retrieve codes and perform minor calibrations as required.
