Job summary

PUSH, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely operate backhoes, mini excavators, cable plows and other gear to install fiber, copper, and coaxial cable and related utilities across rural and urban sites.

The role requires field experience around utilities and the ability to read prints and schematics. The candidate should be capable of training and mentoring teammates, working in a team environment, and performing required labor tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Field experience working around utilities in rural and urban areas.
• Ability to read prints and schematics.
• Willingness to train and mentor other operators.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as backhoe, mini excavator, cable plow or track hoe.
• Dig and excavate around existing utilities.
• Provide training and assistance to co-workers learning to operate equipment.
• Perform basic labor duties as required.
