Job summary

Reynolds Excavation, Demolition & Utilities, a CRH Company, is seeking a Field Lube Service Technician to perform preventative maintenance on mobile generators, loaders, dozers, and other heavy equipment. The role requires strict safety adherence, reading instructions, and accurate time/parts management.

You will contribute to reliability and respond to high-pressure situations with professionalism. Associates degree or equivalent plus 2 years of field experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience as outlined in this job specification.
• 2 years of technical field experience servicing heavy equipment and trucks.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to work well with others in a group or one on one setting.
• Ability to apply basic math and measurements and use a keyboard with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Understand company safety policies and lead by example in safety practices.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions and perform preventative maintenance.
• Help ensure reliability and performance of equipment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Perform scheduled maintenance per company specifications and assist with other duties as assigned.
