Job summary

Earth Work Solutions is seeking an experienced Oiler to perform scheduled lubrication and maintenance on heavy equipment across construction sites, including operating a fuel and lube truck for excavators, bulldozers, and graders.

This role supports uptime, safety, and project timelines with occasional travel to Gillette and surrounding areas. A minimum of 1 year in related field and a valid driver’s license are required, with certifications obtainable on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in heavy equipment maintenance or related field.
• Experience operating fuel and lube trucks is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to obtain site certifications (PEC/SafeLand, First Aid/CPR, H2S, MSHA).

Responsibilities

• Lubricate and oil heavy equipment per maintenance schedules.
• Operate a fuel and lube truck to service equipment on site.
• Inspect equipment for wear and report issues to maintenance planners.
• Maintain lubrication schedules and fluid usage records.
• Ensure safe handling and disposal of lubricants per regulations.
• Assist mechanics with minor repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols on construction sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
