Responsabilités

• Conduct workplace assessments and inspections at Care Centers and field locations.
• Support incident investigations and identify practical preventive actions.
• Provide timely field information and support return-to-work plans.
• Partner with Operations to translate safety requirements into practical actions.
• Use data trends to identify recurring risks and recommend improvements.
• Help implement safety policies, tools, campaigns and learning programs.
