Qualifications

• OSHA 30hr card for Construction Industry.
• Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
• 3–5 years of proven Health and Safety experience, preferably in construction or industrial settings.
• Ability to travel to job sites nationwide over an extended period.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on-site for OSHA compliance.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency plans, and risk assessments.
• Provide on-site safety training, toolbox talks, and orientations for workers and contractors.
• Observe use of personal protective equipment and ensure proper implementation.
• Investigate incidents and near misses with corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain safety program documentation, training records, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary safety contact and coordinate with management for improvements.
