Plains Marketing is seeking a Coordinator, Health, Safety, & Environmental in Texas to lead environmental compliance, safety programs, and incident investigations. You will support spill response, SPCC/FRP reviews, and Tier II reporting while working closely with site managers and field crews to uphold safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of field experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field, or 5+ years field experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and PHMSA regulations is preferred.
• Proficient in written and verbal communications; Microsoft Office skills expected.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in external DOT and safety-related audits.
• Support review of asset records and O&M system descriptions.
• Assist with internal compliance assessments and spill reporting.
• Support response plan reviews and updates (SPCC & FRP).
• Participate in Tier II chemical inventory reporting.
• Provide field safety support and coach Plains safety policy in the field.
• Conduct incident investigations for employees and contractors.
• Oversee contractor safety and safety audits.
