Job summary

Plains All American in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced HSE professional to lead incident investigations, manage HRPP activities, and support regulatory reporting within a broad health, safety, and environmental program.

You will collaborate with Operations, HSE, and training teams, perform Maximo-related incident management tasks, and develop clear, actionable lessons learned bulletins and communications for leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience with incident-management systems or enterprise asset-management systems such as Maximo preferred.
• Experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental programs with focus on incident management and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, facilitate, and support investigations.
• Coordinate HRPP activities and meetings with HSE and Operations.
• Provide functional support for Maximo incident management and related training.
• Review and update event information, ensuring proper classification and documentation.
• Develop and distribute Lessons Learned Bulletins, HSE Bulletins, and Alerts.
• Support regulatory and organizational reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, HSE, Training, and stakeholders to drive improvement.
